The PACE Program is the Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly providing a holistic approach with wrap around care services and coordinated care to assist senior patients maintain their independence in their homes.

We offer
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the PACE Medical Director, provides primary care and continuous medical coverage services to PACE participants. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to access, plan, and care for and provide service in accordance with ICHS PACE standards. This position is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, pursuant to 42 CFR 460.102(b) and (d), and meets applicable state licensure requirements to represent the Primary Care Physician role.
Looking for a physician to provide on-call support to the Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly program. On-site position to see patients at times of non-coverage when the Primary Care Physician is on PTO or gaps in coverage. Less patient encounters per day in order to spend longer time with each patient to provide enhanced care and wrap around services.
Education - Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed a US residency accredited program.
Experience - Two (2) years community health center primary care experience.
Other Requirement(s) - Active license to practice medicine in Washington State including full prescriptive authority. Board-certified in a Primary Care Specialty or be preparing for certification within a year of employment.
