Position Summary:
Our Med/Surg Department provides high-quality care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in the inpatient setting. While the department has a 25-bed capacity, we prioritize maintaining a low patient-to-staff ratio when census allows. Our Night and Weekend shifts are supported by a full-time House Supervisor and a full-time tele-nocturnist. We are seeking a Med-Surg Department Manager who will ensure the department adheres to evidence-based nursing practices and delivers excellent patient care. The Manager will provide leadership, oversee staff, and collaborate with physicians to support the hospital's mission while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Position Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of Nursing with 3-5 year of Nursing experience.
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Current IL RN License in good standing
- Current CPR and ACLS or willingness to obtain
