Job Description:
- Establishes therapeutic relationships with assigned patients.
- Facilitates maintaining the therapeutic environment in the Psychiatric Unit.
- Provides progressively basic-to-complex patient care services.
- Increases independence with experience and skill.
- Works specifically with a pediatric patient population.
- Available to work one of three shifts: 1st (7 am-3:30 pm), 2nd (3 pm-11:30 pm), or 3rd (11 pm-7:30 am).
