Job Description
Job Title: Therapist - Behavioral and Mental Health

Job Specialty: Mental Health - Counselors Division

Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 8H Day (07:00-15:30)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

License: Bachelor's Degree

Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)

Must-Have: Pediatric experience

Job Description:
- Establish therapeutic relationships with assigned pediatric patients.
- Maintain a therapeutic environment in the Psychiatric Unit.
- Provide a range of patient care services, from basic to complex.
- Increase independence in patient care with experience and skill development.
- Flexible shifts available: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
- Ideal candidate will be willing to work with pediatric populations in a psych facility.
