Signing Bonus
This is how you earn up to $15,000.00 in signing bonus. Please keep in mind the bonus will be paid out at the end of your six months of employment at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster.
Should you achieve the levels listed below. At the end of 6 months of employment you will receive the following "Signing Bonus". The amounts listed below are not paid consecutively, only the amount you earned per average.

Signing Bonus
This is how you earn up to $15,000.00 in signing bonus. Please keep in mind the bonus will be paid out at the end of your six months of employment at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster.

- Sell an average of 8 vehicles per month for 6 months. $2,500.00
- Sell an average of 10 vehicles per month for 6 months. $5,000.00
- Sell an average of 12 vehicles per month for 6 months. $10,000.00
- Sell an average of 14 vehicles per month for 6 months. $15,000.00

Essential Duties:
- Effectively utilize CRM, phone system, and lead management tools
- Schedule Sales appointments
- Sell or lease new and pre-owned vehicles
- Able to follow protocol at every step of the sales process and finance
- Maintains a customer follow-up process which creates repeat and referral business
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated enthusiastic career-oriented individual
- Minimum 5 year automotive sales experience required; Luxury Brand preferred
