Primary Duties:
Achieves department goals, adheres to policies, and complies with regulations.
Ensures special projects align with hospital's strategic goals and support staff.
Coordinates with patient care managers to integrate redesign teams and initiatives.
Maintains master calendar for professional development and education initiatives.
Communicates project progress with hospital executives, management, and leadership.
Manages procurement activities and vendor relationships, including contracts.
Leads quality and service improvement initiatives.
Collaborates with Finance to monitor budget impacts of redesigns.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
5-7 years in healthcare management and program planning, with 5-7 years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Excel, Access, and Word.
This position has a hiring range of $72,758 - $130,041
