Your Job:
The APP will work with a multi-disciplinary team at Methodist Health System to provide appropriate care for the ambulatory population with chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, congestive heart failure other conditions, while supporting the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.
Your Job Requirements:
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant program.
1 year of related experience required
Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant Certification required
