Job Description Project Manager, Customer Centricity
The opportunity
Manulife has the goal of being the most digital, customer-centric company in our industry. The Project Manager, Customer Centricity role sits at the heart of that objective and is tasked with enabling us to better understand our customers, and uncover insights that can help us better serve them.
This role will report into the AVP, Customer Centricity and work with various business, functional, and external partners to progress the objectives above through the use of the Medallia platform. Specifically, this role will be the project leader who will work with external vendors as well as internal teams to prioritize and manage improvements to the platform.
This is a contract role that flows through 2023 with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role.
Responsibilities
Use an outcomes lens to prioritize and manage ongoing enhancements to the Medallia platform
Manage competing priorities and act as a thought partner for our business unit CX teams
Keep us on-time and on-budget for all things within our scope
Prepare for migration of Asia segment onto the Medallia platform
Coordinate with other user groups of Medallia at Manulife
Enable stronger action orientation of insights from the platform
