This Project Finance Mgr role is within the FAST Labs Business Area (ES Sector). FAST Labs innovates science, technology and engineering breakthroughs for some of the toughest technology challenges in the defense, aerospace, power and propulsion and security industries. We solve some of the most critical defense and intelligence problems by innovating technologies that push the limits of what is possible, give our customers an edge, and give our employees a chance to change the world.
This role serves as a business partner to the Sensor Technologies Product Line within the FAST Labs organization. As the Finance Manager, you will lead a team of employees and assume financial responsibility for your Product Line.
This role will be performed in a Hybrid remote format, with the individual splitting their time between our offices in Merrimack, NH, and remotely. To be considered for this opportunity, an applicant must either currently reside in the greater Merrimack/Southern New Hampshire region, or be willing to relocate there.

- Product Line financial performance, forecasting and reporting
- Program support and financial execution
- Full business partner to Product Line leadership teams
- Proposal leadership
- NBF and Capital planning

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance (or related 4-year degree) and 8+ years of professional work experience.
- Program Finance / Program Control experience in the defense industry.
- Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System).
- Proven leadership skills and an ability to train and mentor staff.
- Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections.
- Ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner.
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problem using ingenuity and innovation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work teams.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgement while complying with policies and procedures.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer and Cobra.
- Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policy.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
