Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) business area is seeking a Senior Quality Manger in the Adaptive Communications & Sensing (AC&S) product line. This Manager will lead our quality team on all programs in Hudson, NH. Oversight shall include, but not limited to, quality assurance, continuous process improvement, and lifecycle management. This role will also be responsible to drive permanent mistake-proofed corrective actions using quality science tools via the 8D methodology. They will help integrate AS9145 for key products utilizing FMEA, Control Plans, Capability Studies, and MSA. Additionally, they will work closely with the Customer, Program Management offices & Supplier Quality Teams along with other critical functions to provide world class program execution.
Because this role involves direct support of staff and internal/external customers and needs, it will take the form of an onsite work format, with flexibility as needed.

Required Skills and Education
- A Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or 14+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Self-starting problem solver with a fact-based focus on continuous improvement, and a demonstrated history of leadership
- Strong and Demonstrated Communication Skills (written, verbal, visual) and interpersonal skills (listening and communicating within a group/team/geographically diverse environment)
- Enjoys working with and coaching Quality professionals and other cross-functional team members to continuously improve execution effectiveness and success
- Strong understanding of Quality Science tools (APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, Statistical Process Controls, Lean Six Sigma, Auditing) along with relevant industry standards (AS9100, AS9102 and AS9145)
