A challenging opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Finance Leadership Team team in the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems business area as the Lifecycle Management and Investment Manager for the business area. This role serves as a value-added, trusted, full business partner that provides data, analysis, and recommendations to the BA and the finance team. This is a role with a variety of responsibilities that cover the various facets of BAE Systems finance, capital management, and investment oversight in support of the diverse portfolio of programs within the business area.

Responsibilities include:
- Support Business Area and Product Line (PL) leads with LCM requirements and deliverables during the QBR, IBP phases, focusing on data analytics and trend analysis
- Support monthly and quarterly data calls in conjunction with quality to ensure alignment on program status reporting data to Sector
- Responsible for setting quarterly direction and providing guidance for Project Performance Review Data Packs (PPRDP's) and One liner reporting
- Coordinating business area LCM requests to include one liner, PPRDPs, Color reporting, OAS, COSA's, RFT (Review Facilitation template) as well as any other Sector LCM requests etc
- Ensure compliance to all LCM policies and procedures, and partnering with Sector LCM and Accounting in support of all internal and external audits
- Develops and communicates the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of CSR Rates and changes that might apply to program finance team
- Manage Small Program Process for the ISR BA
- Supporting program management and finance teams members in all financial aspects of the program, including baselining, forecasting, earned value management and quarterly reporting
- Support BA leadership with specific program performance related special projects, such as color analysis, baseline assessments, EVMS development and compliant LCM deliverables
- Lead the capital management process for the BA inclusive of reporting, forecasting and prioritizing capital expenditures
- Partnering with PL teams, functional leads, and Capital Coordinators to assist with RCE generation, expense management, and forecast alignment.
- Oversee the New Business Funds, inclusive of reporting, allocating and managing to allocations

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience
- Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
- Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment
- Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies
- Previous experience in program control, capital management and FP&A
