As part of the Talent Development & Learning Center of Expertise (COE), the Talent & High Potential Development Manager is a key team member managing company-wide programs efforts in talent management and development. The role will serve as a talent manager in support of succession planning, talent reviews, and assessments. The role will also lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of vendor-led high potential leadership development programs, executive coaching, and other talent development offerings. This role will report to the Director, Talent Management. As a COE member working across business units and diverse global stakeholders (e.g. colleagues, HR, senior leaders, external vendors), the role must effectively collaborate and possess strong project management, program design, executive presence, and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In collaboration with senior management, external vendors, and stakeholders:
  • Leads the design, delivery, and evaluation of two high potential leadership development programs.
  • Serves as a Talent Manager in support of succession planning, talent reviews, and assessments.
  • Leads the external executive coaching partnerships and offerings.
  • Conducts needs analysis and develops recommendations that support talent management and development decisions.
  • Through external benchmarking, implements best practices, measure impacts, and continually strives to enhance the effectiveness of products and services.


Required Skills and Education

Required Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of work experience (or a Master's and 10+ years of work experience)
  • Experience designing, managing, and evaluating impactful programs and processes in the areas of talent management and vendor-led leadership development.
  • Experience supporting succession planning, talent reviews, and assessments.
  • Certified in leadership assessment and development tools (e.g. Korn Ferry, Hogan, 360).

  • Advanced computer application skills including advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Skills and Education

  • Master's degree in leadership or organizational development.
  • Expertise in instructional design and delivery of talent development products and services.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Career aspirations in becoming the Director, Talent Management.
