Job Description
This position is a senior management role in managing automatic test systems from development to delivery. In addition, the candidate be expected to achieve and maintain customer relationships, deliver compelling presentations for add on development, integration, test, and maintenance of the stations for the world wide fleet of users.
The position is based in San Diego California with all functions represented residing at this location. There is no requirment for permanent residency in San Diego, the candidate must be able to travel on a frequent basis to interact with and manage the functional elements that support the program.
This position is considered a P&L position and requires management of Funding, Sales, EBITA, and Net Cash flow for each program in the his or her portfolio.

Required Skills and Education
- Experience managing development programs.
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance is required.
- The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with a good understand of Earned Value and Life Cycle management of product offerings.
- Being able to create and work in a collaborative environment is a must.
- The candidate will work closely with finance, contracts, procurement, operations and engineering to effectively manage and execute the programs.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Preferred education: College degree in a technical discipline
- Able to obtain a secret secrutiy clearance.
- Experience managing larger programs with multiple discipines, earned value managment, risk management, and interfaces with senior executives is preferred.
