A Typical Day

Manages activities related to setting up, maintaining, and optimizing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns including online, offline, refinance and loan purchase programs. Assists in managing the marketing campaigns for our sports sponsorship. Manages the implementation of consumer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring efficient, timely and cost-effective methods. Works closely with internal staff and key stakeholders across multiple divisions (Marketing, Sales, Servicing, Operations, IT Operations and Development, etc.) to monitor campaign spending, track results, and optimize campaign effectiveness. Manages all data related to leads and lead generation.

The Mgr, Mktg Camp Mgmt will:

  • Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, print, events) to achieve specific business objectives
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to maximize ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key metrics to sales and leadership teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, creative, product) to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines effectively
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices
  • Enhance marketing reporting
  • Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for a multi-year major sports sponsorship
  • Manage all marketing activities related to our sports sponsorship across all channels
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners to maximize sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop creative assets and messaging that leverage the sports sponsorship and resonate with target audiences
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns and events related to our sports and entertainment sponsorship
  • Track and report on the performance of sponsorship marketing activities
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

What You'll Bring

  • Financial Services and/or mortgage industry experience preferred (or experience working with major sponsorships particularly in sports)
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaigns and best practices
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify insights and create clear reports
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Tools, SQL experience is welcomed
  • Team player with strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
  • Results oriented with a track record of achieving campaign goals
  • Proven track record delivering timely results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, using sound judgment
  • Must be a self-starter needing minimal direction
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
  • Strong collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role


Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

$68,000 - $115,000
