REI is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to support our Thermal operation. The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing process improvement-related projects to develop, test, implement, and document manufacturing processes and methods for both new and existing parts/products. The Process Improvement Manager ensures all processes meet product specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. This position will lead complex engineering assignments, utilizing advanced problem-solving skills to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

REI is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to support our Thermal operation. The Process Improvement Manager will:
- Lead and manage process improvement-related projects, tracking and reporting progress.
- Develop, test, and implement complex operation sequences and manufacturing processes for new and existing parts/products.
- Present project results to management, including production time estimates, staffing needs, and associated costs to guide management decisions.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and analyze production problems to identify root causes and recommend effective countermeasures.
- Review and evaluate recommended solutions from lower-level manufacturing engineers.
- Lead and/or conduct complex engineering trials and production process evaluations, making recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.
- Lead the creation, modification, and writing of work process procedures.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare detailed reports, reviewing reports and presentations from junior engineers.
- Design and lead training initiatives to implement new manufacturing processes and work procedures.
