Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team and drive the customization and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role offers a unique opportunity to align our sales processes with advanced technology, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the IT Manager/Director of Technology, the Microsoft Dynamics Developer will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the specific needs of our sales team. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customization & Configuration:
  • Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the unique requirements of our sales processes.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to extend CRM functionality.
  • Integration:
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other business systems.
  • Support & Maintenance:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and performance.
  • Implement updates, patches, and upgrades as needed.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure CRM aligns with overall technology strategy.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
  • Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM configurations to enhance user experience and system performance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline sales processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, with a focus on CRM customization and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and components.
  • Proficiency in developing custom plugins, workflows, and scripts using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, including writing queries and managing databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a medium-sized business environment preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
