E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Mid All Source Analyst (Farsi) to join our team in Reston, VA in support of NGIC. NGIC is the Defense Department's primary producer of ground forces intelligence. NGIC produces scientific and technical intelligence and military capabilities analysis on foreign ground forces required by warfighting commanders, the force modernization and research and development communities, Department of Defense, and national policymakers.

• Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
• Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
• Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
• Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
• Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of All Source Analyst experience and a bachelor's degree or 7 total years of All Source Analyst experience in lieu of a degree and 2 years of recent relevant experience.
• Viable candidates must speak Farsi at the ILR 3/3, ACTFL Superior level, or Arabic DLPT score 3/3
• Demonstrated experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must currently have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI with a CI Poly level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability producing reports for senior DoD decision makers.
• Detailed knowledge of NGIC, Army, DIA, NSA, CIA, and/or interagency operations
• Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools
