Direct Counsel is seeking a midlevel commercial litigation associate with at least three years of experience to join a highly regarded litigation team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters across various industries, including class actions, technology, financial services, intellectual property, healthcare, and environmental law.
Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
• Draft and argue motions in federal and state courts
• Work closely with experienced litigation partners on high-profile cases
• Represent clients in a variety of disputes across multiple industries

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial litigation
• Large law firm or high-quality litigation boutique experience preferred
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Clerkship and court experience is a plus
• Admission to the California State Bar
