2+ years of experience as a high-performing SDR/BDR or Sales Executive
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing new business
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Experience with HubSpot a plus
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in your sales career
Familiarity with supply chain risk management is a bonus-but if not, we'll teach you!

Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Drive new business through proactive outbound outreach, targeted campaigns, and strategic follow-up with inbound leads
- Prioritize and execute industry- and function-specific outreach to your top 30 target accounts
- Develop and manage a territory plan focused on both new business generation and long-term account growth
- Collaborate closely with customer success, marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding customers' business challenges and aligning Z2Data solutions accordingly
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a high-performing SDR/BDR or Sales Executive
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing new business
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Compensation
- $80,000 base salary + commission
