As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Mid-Market Sales Manager with deep eCommerce experience to lead and develop a high-performing sales team while actively driving new business opportunities.
As the Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by leading a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring and expanding mid-market eCommerce and digital-first businesses. In addition to coaching and developing your team, you'll be hands-on in the sales process; building relationships, attending industry events, tapping into key networks, and closing deals to drive pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to drive new business and expand existing relationships within the eCommerce sector.
- Actively generate new business opportunities by attending industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to penetrate high-growth eCommerce businesses, subscription-based merchants, and digital service providers.
- Provide hands-on coaching, including pipeline management, deal strategy, and sales process optimization.
- Identify and leverage industry partnerships, referral networks, and market trends to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure the team has the right tools and messaging to win in the market.
- Track team performance metrics and provide regular reporting on revenue forecasts, deal progression, and key success indicators.
- Manage your own pipeline of strategic opportunities, working alongside your team to close high-value deals.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in eCommerce and digital payments, including an understanding of payment gateways, online merchant needs, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team while also driving your own deals.
- Experience building pipeline through networking, attending trade shows, and developing industry connections.
- Excellent coaching and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and develop sales professionals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improve sales performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in merchant services is a plus but not required.
Salary:
This role includes a base salary plus a comprehensive commission structure.
- Base salary range: $95,000 - $120,000 + uncapped residuals
