MIS Specialist, Prinect
Location: Kennesaw, GA (Remote)
Pay Range: $80K - $85K

The MIS Specialist, Prinect is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our Heidelberg Prinect Business Manager clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our software. They will also oversee the implementation process, troubleshoot any issues, and provide ongoing support to optimize our customers operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about training, supporting, and empowering clients with the tools they need for success.

MIS Specialist, Prinect

The MIS Specialist, Prinect is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our Heidelberg Prinect Business Manager clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our software. They will also oversee the implementation process, troubleshoot any issues, and provide ongoing support to optimize our customers operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about training, supporting, and empowering clients with the tools they need for success.
What you will do:
- Customer Training & System Implementation - Complete implementation of new systems including software installation, operator training, customization to meet specific needs, issue resolution, and coordination with Project Management.
- First & Second Level Support - Provide technical support for customer reported problems using web-based tools, solve issues, test solutions, and work with Germany's support teams for resolutions when necessary.
- Product Roll Out Planning - Test MIS product updates when released by Germany, determine how to release to customers, what training and/or documentation is required, and what is needed to prepare all support personnel.
- Escalation Management - Coordinate and manage through completion the escalation of technical and product issues with the global team including new feature requests and bug fixes.
- Training and Curriculum Development - Produce internal and customer training curriculum and materials or presentations as needed.
- Sales Support - Assist Sales Reps and MIS Project Management with new MIS opportunities, assessment of customer needs, customer qualifications, and setting correct customer expectations.
Skills:
- Estimating experience and familiarity with Print MIS systems
- Understanding all departments in a Print Shop (Prepress, Pressroom, and Postpress)
- Graduate of a recognized Print Management program preferred
Education and Experience:
- Experience with Prinect Business Manager is priority or,
- Experience in the Print Industry implementing print MIS solutions or working for a print MIS vendor.
