Required Skills and Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience planning and executing MISO.
- Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include preparation of written products for senior leaders.
- Experience interacting at the most senior levels of the DoD staff and Interagency (Offices of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and Combatant/Component Commands) (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level).
Required Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in any relevant field of study.
Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience:
- Master's degree from an accredited university in any field of study.
- 5 years of combined OSD, Joint Staff, or 2-4-star level command experience planning and executing MISO.
