Missile Integration & Test Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead

We are currently seeking a Senior Missile Systems Integration & Test Engineer to join our team, supporting mission-critical programs alongside a leading defense prime contractor. In this role, you will lead the integration, testing, and validation of advanced missile systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful program outcomes while maintaining strict adherence to technical, schedule, and cost requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and sustain integration and testing strategies for missile subsystems and full missile systems.
• Lead the development and execution of test and evaluation plans in coordination with systems and test engineering teams.
• Define functional and technical specifications for missile systems, ensuring seamless hardware/software integration.
• Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate system and subsystem testing efforts across internal teams and external partners.
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports to evaluate system performance against requirements.
• Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies found during testing while conducting regression testing to validate fixes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum active Secret Clearance (Ability to obtain a TS/SCI highly preferred)
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems integration, testing, or related disciplines.
• Expertise in missile or unmanned aircraft system testing, including verification and validation (V&V).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, system design, and integration best practices.
• Hands-on experience with integration, verification, and field qualification of test assets.
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Background in the Aerospace & Defense Industry.
• Experience working with weapon or missile systems in a development or testing capacity.
• Proven ability to lead complex system development projects in a high-tech environment.
• Experience conducting trade studies and performance analysis for system development.
