Mobile Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a Mobile Architect to lead the design and development of innovative, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications. This is a strategic role focused on crafting next-generation mobile experiences that align with business goals and global digital initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and development of large-scale, enterprise-level iOS mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, Backend, and QA to define mobile strategies and architecture standards.
• Establish best practices for mobile architecture, performance optimization, code quality, and security.
• Guide and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure alignment between mobile app architecture and overall system architecture.
• Play a key role in scaling mobile platforms to support a global user base.
• Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in mobile application development, with 5+ years in iOS development.
• Strong experience in mobile architecture and scalable app design.
• Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing mobile applications at a global scale.
• Expertise in Swift, Objective-C, and iOS frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, and automated testing tools for mobile.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Android or cross-platform technologies is a plus.
• Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in relation to mobile applications.
