Overview:
As a Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a new native mobile application that is used company wide.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a new mobile native application for iOS and Android platforms using the Microsoft Maui framework.
- Architect scalable and maintainable code structures, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and other performance issues.
- Implementing platform-specific functionality and optimizations for iOS and Android platforms as needed, including UI elements, navigation patterns, and performance enhancements.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define requirements, develop features, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Must have experience leading greenfield mobile development initiatives.
- Extensive experience with Xamarin, including Xamarin.Forms and Xamarin.iOS/Xamarin.Android.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Maui is preferred, but being knowledgeable of the platform and becoming an SME is a must have.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying native applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong proficiency in C# programming language and .NET framework.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
