The Regional Process Owner on the Americas Mobility team will have the ability to motivate others, is comfortable with our systems and business processes, enjoys thinking outside of the box, leading through change, and is excited to positively impact Oracle's employee experience.

Responsibilities:

This role will lead our AMER Processes for Global Mobility Programs, including Relocation Programs and Immigration/Visa programs. Candidates for the role will have strong experience in these areas.
You will work independently with little to no instruction on daily work, and only general instructions/direction on new assignments.
You will regularly analyze non-standard complex issues demonstrating expertise in communications, training, organizational change, and project management.
You will proactively identify; process, project, and customer experience risks to leadership.
You will prepare and present to executives with minimal guidance on a regular basis.
You will develop and maintain expertise (certified SME/ACE) in cross functional areas and external partners to analyze end-to-end process impacts.
You will be ready to successfully perform in an RPO and/or GPO role in one or more areas to drive regional and global direction.
You will apply expertise across multiple CI methodologies to drive cross functional improvements and efficiencies.
You will actively participate in improving our team's performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity, as appropriate.
You will aid the leadership team in developing or using the tools necessary to help monitor and oversee functional operations and workload across multiple teams.
This role will report to the Mobility team department leader.

Development Opportunities:

-Process Management, continuous improvement, communication and presentation skills

-Leading and influencing others in cross-functional regional and global projects to inspire change and efficiency

-Help champion change in the Mobility employee life cycle.

Supports users in the report generation process. Works closely with the Business HR to ensure all reports in (via HRMS) including SQL queries (both ad hoc and maintenance reports) are accurate. Process Mass Change Spreadsheets. Ensures data integrity in Oracle HRMS database by running regular audits. Conducts high-level HRMS needs analysis, prepares business specifications, implements modifications and enhancements and ensures system documentation are updated. Assists with the development and delivery of HRMS training to users. Provides systems support for HR applications, including Oracle Core HRMS, HR Self Service Applications, Discoverer Reports, etc. Participates in User Acceptance Tests. Undertakes special projects on an as need basis to address specific HRMS issues.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
