In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing AI initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with senior technical staff, the Chief Data Science Officer, and teams across North America and India to drive our data product roadmap and meet deadlines and customer needs.

You will work closely with senior technical staff, the Chief Data Science Officer, and teams across North America and India to drive our data product roadmap and meet deadlines and customer needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Management: Create, own, and manage project timelines and ensure all project and task details are clearly specified before development begins. Regularly confirm progress and adherence to project specifications across teams, including senior technical leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior technical staff to align on technical specifics, providing constructive pushback when necessary. Foster a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams.
- Communication Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between team based in North America and India to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Chief Data Science Officer in organizing the roadmap for data products and internal client needs.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide clear and concise reports and updates on project status to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks, and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and management to align with project objectives and timelines.
Success Criteria
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, especially in data science or technology-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive successful outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in data science concepts and technologies is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
