Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process and addressing their concerns.
- Position patients correctly and operate MRI equipment to obtain high-quality images.
- Monitor patients during the procedure and ensure their safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures, patient information, and imaging results.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to interpret images and assist in diagnoses.
- Maintain knowledge of technological advancements and updates in the field of MRI imaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Certification in MRI technology from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and understanding imaging techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients effectively.
- Attention to detail, adherence to protocols, and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with medical professionals effectively.
