Description:

Minimum Requirements -
  • Bachelors/1 to 5 years of full-time education/Diploma
  • Techno-functional working experience within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE, Power platform
  • Previous experience (atleast 1 project / 6 months) in similar role of Operations Lead/Sr. Support Analyst
  • Atleast 1 project / 3 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE
  • Experience working in Service-Now
  • Overall 5-7 years of experience


Must Have's / Responsibilities -
  • Will be overall responsible for D365 CRM engagement and services : Production support
  • Resolution coordination in case of Major incident and post incident review
  • Ensure tickets lifecycle is followed ensure they are resolved satisfactorily as quickly as possible
  • Ensure Incident, service requests are acknowledged, assigned and resolved within the defined resolution time
  • Bug fixing, configurations and coding
  • Manage team and communications
  • Reporting to client as per requirements
  • Ensure process improvements for Incident, Service requests and Problem management including Root cause analysis
  • User and license management
