Minimum Requirements -
Must Have's / Responsibilities -
- Bachelors/1 to 5 years of full-time education/Diploma
- Techno-functional working experience within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE, Power platform
- Previous experience (atleast 1 project / 6 months) in similar role of Operations Lead/Sr. Support Analyst
- Atleast 1 project / 3 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE
- Experience working in Service-Now
- Overall 5-7 years of experience
Must Have's / Responsibilities -
- Will be overall responsible for D365 CRM engagement and services : Production support
- Resolution coordination in case of Major incident and post incident review
- Ensure tickets lifecycle is followed ensure they are resolved satisfactorily as quickly as possible
- Ensure Incident, service requests are acknowledged, assigned and resolved within the defined resolution time
- Bug fixing, configurations and coding
- Manage team and communications
- Reporting to client as per requirements
- Ensure process improvements for Incident, Service requests and Problem management including Root cause analysis
- User and license management
