THE WORK
'This MSW Program Integrator role is a career development opportunity offering a unique perspective into both program execution and market strategy. You'll work directly with the MSW Vice President and cross-functional teams to support program initiatives, drive strategic alignment, and contribute to both customer-facing and internal executive-level efforts. From action officer responsibilities to planning leadership offsites, you'll be embedded in dynamic, high-visibility efforts that shape the direction of our portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting MSW staff functions under the direction of the MSW VP.
Participating in Airborne Mission Systems submarket program activities from inception through completion, with exposure to cost, schedule, and technical performance discussions.
Engaging with internal and external customers and participating in program reviews.
Leading or supporting special projects, studies, and initiatives tied to corporate and executive objectives.
Managing standing meetings, VIP-level reviews, and capturing/executing action items as the MSW VP's "Action Officer."
Coordinating high-level briefings, presentations, and external engagements including trade shows, customer visits, and town halls.
Developing and consolidating MSW weekly narrative reports for executive visibility.
Planning and executing leadership offsites and strategic engagements.
Providing broad-based support across the MSW market segment as needed.
Travel as required.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
5+ years of professional experience in program management, project coordination, or a related field.
Experience interfacing with senior leadership and/or executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Able to travel as required.
Desired skills
Prior experience supporting executive-level staff or working in a Chief of Staff or "Action Officer" capacity.
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin program management processes or equivalent government contracting experience.
Experience with strategic planning, offsite planning, or corporate initiative execution.
Knowledge of cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics.
Experience creating executive-level briefings and managing large-scale meetings or events.
Familiarity with the Airborne Mission Systems market segment or related defense/aerospace programs.
Comfortable working across functional teams and navigating matrixed organizations.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
