Job Title: Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist
Job Specialty: Physical Therapist
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4 10-hour day shifts, primarily Thursday through Sunday, with no call required. Primarily outpatient with some inpatient responsibilities.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required
License: Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license
Certifications: Required certifications in line with the profession
Must-Have: Commitment to comply with all service standards and policies
Job Description:
- Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction to enhance physical and functional abilities.
- Restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function, wellness, and fitness, as well as quality of life related to movement and health.
- Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities that may result from diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries.
- Collaborate with the Inpatient Therapy Manager and Therapy Director for comprehensive care planning.
- Comply with customer service standards, dress codes, and physical and mental requirements outlined for this position.
- Provide exceptional care in an outpatient setting with additional responsibilities for inpatient care as needed.
- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and quality care.
Holiday coverage is required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, but it is not a requirement.
