MTS Production Support

Description:
MTS experience - this role is more on the support side, leading a support team.
Candidate must have support experience on MTS product/ configurations and UNIX -10 + yrs experience.
No actual development/ coding MTS.
There will be some ad hoc hours when there are support issues.
Candidate will need to be flexible with hours during that time

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using IBM MQ, Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting, and ACI MTS.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of the systems by conducting regular maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.

- Minimum Experience : 11 Yrs

- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor's degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
