Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $170,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Lead \ Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Mulesoft and a good understanding of Data Governance. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Mulesoft solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of various systems and applications using Mulesoft.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all Mulesoft solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Mulesoft implementations.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Mulesoft integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Mulesoft implementations.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all data governance practices are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to team members on Mulesoft and data governance best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Mulesoft solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Mulesoft with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Have a good understanding of data governance principles and practices.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Have experience in providing technical training and support to team members.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to data governance.
- Demonstrate the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
