Title: Municipal Project Manager
Location: Rochester Hills, MI
Job Type: FTE/Permanent

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with established clients and maintain strong relationships
  • Develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
  • Manage projects from preliminary studies and engineering through final design and construction documents for bidding
  • Lead the development and design of new capital improvement projects from beginning to end
  • ssist in developing new clients and business opportunities
  • Participate in client meetings and work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Perform project site visits.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Engineering and design experience with water systems, sewer systems, stormwater systems, roads, and site plan review
  • utoCAD Civil 3D experience
  • Design experience with local government transportation projects
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including internet, email, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in construction administration/engineering is a plus.
