POSITION SUMMARY

The National B2B Accounts Development Manager is responsible for the strategic acquisition and expansion of B2B accounts across the national landscape. Using independent judgement and discretion, this role requires a dynamic individual capable of identifying and seizing business growth opportunities that are aligned with mission, fostering long-term relationships, and enhancing the company's market presence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops and executes strategies for the acquisition of new B2B clients on a national scale, ensuring alignment with the company's growth and mission objectives.
  • Contributes to the workforce financial wellness program evolution in support of the mission.
  • Utilizes CRM tools to track and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market movements to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represents the company at national trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and forge new business connections.
  • Represents the company at partner events, promoting workforce programs to eligible individuals.
  • Works closely with C-suite executives to align strategies with broader company objectives and facilitate decision-making.


EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven track record in national B2B sales and account management, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Three to Five years of Business management or related experience in Business to Business (B2B).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media tools to enhance online presence and brand building.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and presenting business cases at the highest level of the organization.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience working with workforce benefits is preferred.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills to generate insights that inform strategic decisions.
