About the role:
As the National Nursing Networks Educator, you are responsible for the review and development of ongoing educational programs to our outsourced agencies. This will encompass everything from changing payor guidelines to providing guidance on new therapies introduced to KabaFusion. You will act as a liaison between our nursing offices and their outsourced agencies, ensuring that they have a thorough understanding of our software, our policies and procedures, and our expectations for the level of care they will provide our patients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform field nursing competencies for agency nurses
- Assist with the orientation of new agency personnel
- Collaborate with the Nursing Audit Manager to ensure agencies are following meeting expectations
- Verify necessary documentation and credentials are updated; providing quarterly reports to nursing leadership on any discrepancies
As a National Nursing Educator, you bring:
- Clean and clear Registered Nurse license in the state you are seeking employment
- 2+ years of experience in a role that encompassed accreditation, quality improvement initiatives, and/or developing education material
- 3+ years of prior home infusion experience
