REIC Specialty LLC is seeking a National Operations Manager for its Commercial division of specialty rental equipment. Reporting to the VP/General Manager, the leader of the national operations division will collaborate with sales and other business divisions to maintain safe operations while supplying reliable rental equipment and exceptional service to customers. Primary responsibility includes oversight of the day-to-day operations of a commercial division across multiple US locations, ensuring consistent efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards by managing teams, optimizing processes, and resolving issues that arise.

General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures an environment where work is conducted safely and in compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Responsible for planning and management oversight of assigned division operations to ensure achievement of goals and objectives.
- Establish quality control standards along with cost control processes to ensure the division is providing the highest level of equipment possible while remaining profitable.
- In collaboration with the division leadership, establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the division efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated.
- Measure productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures; identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Implement policies and procedures and training that will improve day-to-day operations.
- Communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to service and operations managers; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with senior Leadership, Finance, Business Development, and Fleet Management to ensure strong operations management and performance.
- Contribute information to leadership for budget preparation for operations unit.
- Coordinate with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful division operations.
- Assist with, or prepares and updates, organization's operations manual and policies.
- Motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and make operational decisions within scope of authority.
- Professionally and effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Provide reports and recommendations, as needed, to management on business.
- Remains abreast of industry and technology trends to enhance customer service and/or operational efficiency.
- Responsible for employee management, including but not limited to hiring, developing, coaching, providing accurate, timely, consistent, constructive feedback, annual performance reviews; discipline and termination as needed and in accordance with company policy, and when required, collaboration with Human Resources department.
- Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
- 10+ years in a operations role in industrial, energy or heavy equipment; rental industry experience a plus.

Employment Requirements:
- Work weeks in excess of 40 hours likely
- Travel required, up to 75%
- Employment contingent on successful background checks and substance screening.

- Good driving record is a requirement based on position and travel.
