Position Overview
International has an exciting position available for a National Sales Director for National Accounts.
The National Sales Director will report to the VP of National Accounts and be responsible for sales to one of Navistar's largest accounts in the Northwest Arkansas area
In this position you will be responsible for the execution of our sales strategies including both revenue and profit growth and will be traveling up to 75%

In this position you will be responsible for the execution of our sales strategies including both revenue and profit growth and will be traveling up to 75%
Responsibilities
- Managing our Customer relationship across all functional areas.
- Managing all aspects of the order to delivery process.
- Work directly with all levels of the customers leadership including sales, parts, service and procurement.
- Manage, motivate, train, develop and provide leadership for all direct reports.
- Quarterback all aspects of our customer interface for sales, parts and service.
- Develop strategies and action plans for assigned customer.
- Grow market share, revenue and profit.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree
- At least 6 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
- At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
- At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
- At least 12 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
- At least 2 years of lead experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
