Position Summary:This is a critical new role that is pivotal to Stored Energy Systems' growth strategy. The selected individual will be responsible for the development and overall growth of revenue & market share and strategic account development within the Data Center and Hyperscale space. In 2022, SENS launched a disruptive, market changing product called the SuperTorque 8Z, engine starting system. It has been very favorably received by the data center and hyperscale community at whom it is aimed. This position has been created to accelerate sales and hyper growth.

Education and Experience:
Location: This position is qualified for a fully remote status with frequent travel to Longmont, Colorado and to US based client sites.
Base Compensation: $125,000-$150,000is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate's overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for sales commission compensation as well.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop business with targeted strategic prospects.
- Work through stake holders in an organization to position SENS for sales success (power infra leadership, safety and compliance influencers, sustainability initiative officers, etc.)
- Maintain an active presence on social media and leverage digital resources, our own authored and 3rd party authored thought leadership pieces to grab attention and gain mindshare
- Develop and maintain high value sales prospecting lists in assigned territory for all assigned markets.
- Set annual objectives and consistently deliver beyond expectations.
- Maintain a consistent and professional cadence of follow up with all prospects and on all leads, whether scorching hot or lukewarm.
- Be able to masterfully perform technology briefings (lunch & learns for example) and make product presentations to prospective customers, and other ecosystem influencers
- Maintain regular cadence of progress reports and updates to leadership leveraging our Hubspot CRM
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
- Highly customer focused, organized and credible persuader
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Positive, professional, upbeat, and energetic with can-do attitude
- Ability to use time effectively, prioritize, pay attention to details, and can multi-task.
- Team player
- Brings an Action oriented, no excuses, I'll figure it out attitude to everything
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Business-level English skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business or technical discipline)
- Minimum ten years of successful technical indirect and/or direct sales experience
- Demonstrated relevant Data Center experience ideally in the power & power continuity space
- Understanding of engineering (electrical/electronic) principles as related to products a plus
- Functional Hubspot or other CRM user acumen required.
- Demonstrable experience/ability working independently with little supervision.
