Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of medical sales training experience coupled with 5+ years of successful field sales (e.g. territory manager, sales representative, region sales director) experience and/or clinical (e.g. RN) experience
  • Strongly prefer experience in wound, plastic surgery or operating room sales
  • Flexibility and resilience to adjust to the demands of a small but rapidly growing company
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrated strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to be a high-level contributor or leader of a project, process, or function
  • Demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to problems or new opportunities
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to use analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnose issues and incorporate them into the development or adjustment of plans.
  • High level of experience with working both autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Ability to link long-range visions and strategies to short-term activity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as required 25% and occasionally up to 50% depending on training schedule, events (e.g. conferences, symposiums, etc.), and if working remote.

Job Requirements
  • Create, implement, and execute a comprehensive onboarding, training, and continual education program that is interactive and impactful
  • Support new-hire training events at our company office, as well as regional and national training workshops
  • Create and manage online LMS platform
  • Identify current needs, strengths and weaknesses with our processes, and craft solutions to address gaps
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to set objectives and KPIs for new hires and training initiatives
  • Monitor and report on learner progress
  • Assist in the development and tracking of a training budget
  • Keep abreast of latest sales trends and best practices
  • Gain an understanding and appreciation of our technology through study, and by accompanying reps in the field when appropriate
  • Maintain necessary hospital system credentialing for rep access
  • Support industry conference as requested
  • Identify external resources that can improve our efforts
  • Ensure a collaborative interdepartmental relationship to drive education and sales performance
  • May interact with external healthcare providers selected to help train and educate the company
  • Comply with all company quality standards, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Contribute to broader organization by leveraging and sharing best practices.
  • Efficient use of time and resources
  • Nationwide travel to be approved by manager
  • Timely submission of business-related expenses

Compensation Information

  • Base: $90-150K OTE (DOE)
    Variable: (10%-30% of base) For achievement of specific targets related to sales training effectiveness
    Bonus: Annual, company model tied to overall performance
    Total Comp Range: $150k-$200k OTE (DOE)


Location

  • Territory Parameters: Support to sales and clinical teams nationally. 25-50% travel (1 week
    per month)
  • Acceptable Candidate Location: US/Remote, EST preferred. Ideal: Fort Lauderdale
