We are seeking a Water Policy SME to support our program with the US Navy. This role is contingent on contract award and work will be performed onsite in Washington, DC. In this role you will provide organizational development, energy and environmental water policy program specialty support to Navy (stateside and overseas) SDWA and CWA Environmental Compliance Program. The contractor shall assist in DoN policy development for Water Compliance programs (Energy programs, Drinking Water and CWA programs). Required Skills & Experience * Strong working knowledge of DON water policy programs
* Experience with Commander, Navy Installations Command
* Bachelors Degree from related field * Direct experience implementing solutions and services in federal domain
* Expert ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of executives, staff and clients
* Ability to work independently or with limited supervision
* Possess critical thinking, problem solving, and initiative/proactive skills
* Three or more years of professional experience in drinking water and clean water act compliance and policy experienceDesired Skills & Experience * Ten years or more proven experience working providing DoN policy development for Energy and Water
* Compliance programs (i.e. Energy, Drinking Water and CWA programs).
* Secret clearance (interim OK)
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
