Tech Lead Responsibilities Include:

Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will be a technology enthusiast, who believes in continuous improvement.
- 7-8 years of enterprise web development experience with ASP.NET and C#
- Solid .NET experience, MVC, WebAPI, Angular JS
- RESTful API Architecture design, and development experience
- Successfully developed and deployed at least one ASP.NET MVC application
- Experience deploying applications to MS Azure or AWS.
Tech Lead Responsibilities Include:
- Lead a development team
- Assign tasks to the development team members, code reviews, set design patterns
- Provide recommendations on new technical solutions
- Be hands on in development as needed
- Ability to mentor and coach .NET software developers
- Collaborate with other Senior Technical Staff on what a best practice/solution is to deliver a successful project
