Position Overview

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the company's NetSuite ERP system to support business operations and strategic goals. Acting as the subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams particularly in Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Sales to ensure that system functionality aligns with evolving business needs and data integrity, while also providing end-user support and training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure NetSuite modules including Financials, Inventory, CRM, Order Management, and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Manage service desk support and resolve end-user issues.
  • Develop and enhance customizations: workflows, scripts, saved searches, reports, user roles, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Maintain data integrity through imports, audits, and routine system checks.
  • Lead system upgrades, including testing and deploying enhancements.
  • Train and support users, create documentation, and maintain user/business requirement documentation.
  • Oversee integrations with key applications (Boomi, Avalara, DTN, etc.).
  • Conduct release preview testing and manage change requests using Jira.
  • Collaborate with departments to streamline business processes and drive system

Required/Preferred Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field or Equivalent Experience.
  • 4-5+ years hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
  • Proficient in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and managing core modules.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
  • Experience with integration tools like Boomi or Celigo.
  • Excellent Excel skills; understanding of data cleansing and audits.
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills for interpersonal and presentation communication.
  • Proven ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with Avalara or tax integrations.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and SQL.
  • Ability to identify and drive process and system improvements.
  • Comfortable bridging technical and non-technical teams.

Working Environment and Physical Demands

This position operates in a fast-paced, professional environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. While performing duties of this job, you will be regularly required to talk, read, hear, sit, stand, bend as necessary, and use your hands to type.
