Description:

The NetSuite Solution Architect plays a crucial role in analyzing business processes, data, and system functionalities within the NetSuite ERP and CRM platform. This role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement, partner with team members and vendors to build scalable and robust technical solutions for the business requirements. The NetSuite Solution Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of NetSuite and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Analysis:

- Analyze existing CRM, finance, accounting, procurement, and supply chain processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and define business objectives for NetSuite.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to gain insights into user needs and expectations.

- Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for NetSuite ERP system configuration, customization, and integration.

- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for development teams.

2. Solution Design and Configuration:

- Collaborate with technical teams, system administrators, and developers to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements within the NetSuite ERP platform.

- Ensure that system configurations adhere to best practices, data governance standards, and security policies.

3. System Configuration and Customization:

- Collaborate with NetSuite administrators and developers to configure system settings, custom fields, workflows, and scripts to meet business requirements.

- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of NetSuite enhancements to ensure they meet business needs and expectations.

- Provide input into system design and development projects to ensure alignment with business processes and objectives.

4. User Training and Support:

- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials, user guides, and documentation to educate NetSuite users on system functionalities, best practices, and usage guidelines.

- Collaborate with the IT helpdesk and NetSuite support teams to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

- Stay updated on NetSuite features, releases, and best practices, and assess their applicability to the organization.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, system enhancement, and innovation to maximize the value derived from NetSuite.

6. Data Management and Quality Assurance:

- Oversee data migration, cleansing, and normalization activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy within NetSuite.

- Define data governance policies, standards, and procedures to maintain high-quality data and compliance with regulations.

- Monitor data usage, perform regular audits, and implement data hygiene practices to minimize duplicates and inconsistencies

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science or related field.

- Proven experience as a NetSuite solution architect with a minimum 3 to 5 years of technical and functional experience in NetSuite ERP/CRM/NSAW systems.

- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM principles, processes, and best practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., BI Launch, Power BI).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
