Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to follow Medical Murray Quality system, including all applicable SOPs included in the Training Matrix
- Ensure network security and performance
- Manage switches, access points, firewalls, routers, and IoT devices
- Manage VPN
- Configure and manage VLANs
- Manage DNS, routing, and DHCP services
- Manage enterprise telecom systems
- Manage website records, SSL certificates, and domain registrations only
- Manage DMZ
- Manage IIS for proprietary and enterprise applications
- Produce compliance reporting for internal and external requirements
- Provide all levels of support on internal help desk
- Identify and implement cost saving measures
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineer or a related discipline preferred.
- An associate's degree with substantial industry experience is acceptable.
- Relevant certificates: CompTIA Network+, WCNA, CCNP, etcetera
- At least five years of IT Support experience
- HTML fluency
- Familiarity with iSCSI, SMB, and TCP/IP preferred
- ERP (Epicor) experience preferred
- Experience with Dell and Netgear switching preferred
- Experience supporting Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or Research and Development preferred.
