What you will do... * Assist with system administration of network, Web, and/or communication systems, including LAN and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems, involving network security; * Assist with managing hardware and software, perform configuration management and troubleshooting on IT related equipment; * Assist end-users with the operation and restoration of information systems; * Perform daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be mainframe, mini, client/server, or cloud based and optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis, planning, and lifecycle management. * Provide assistance to users in accessing and using business systems, and; Prepare technical implementation plans that provide integrated solutions including actions, milestones, timelines and critical paths required for complete solutions. Skills you will need... * Security Plus certification. * Active DoD TS/SCI clearance. * Associate's degree in related field. * Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
