RWLS is seeking a Network & Cybersecurity Manager to join our Information Systems department. The selected candidate will be responsible for the operation and administration of the company's internal and external networks, servers, e-mail, and network security systems. They will preserve our "Customer Comes First", relationship-based, family approach as we continue to grow in an ISO 9001 operating environment. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supervise team of Network Administrators and Systems Technicians.
  • Establish and maintain a Global Cyber Plan and Cyber Scores
  • Maintain all external facing Cyber and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate all Cyber prevention activities, training, and attack responses.
  • Plan and budget for IT infrastructure spend.
  • Plan, design, analyze and provide technical support for data communications network.
  • Administration and maintenance of mission critical web and database servers and company's internal systems. Analyze and resolve technical problems for established networks.
  • Install, upgrade, and configure network printing, directory structures, user access, security, software, and file services
  • Establish user profiles, user environments, directories and security for networks being installed
  • Conduct technical research on network upgrades and components to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current system.
  • Work with vendors to resolve complex network problems
  • Firewall administration and overall responsibility for company IT security
  • Administration of email servers and archival procedures for company-wide email
  • Recommend and schedule repairs to the LAN, including servers and switches
  • Maintenance of existing Anti-Spam and Anti-virus systems and the setting of new Anti-Virus policies
  • Administration of primary DNS activities
  • Administer software licensing in accordance with corporate policy.
  • Coordinate and monitor corporate Internet usage.
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
  • Participate in fielding calls from internal users via our "Help Line" which provides telephone and desktop support to internal users.
  • Other duties as assigned by CIO.


Qualifications: Candidates must have computer-related degree in MIS, IT or related field and five (5) years or more equivalent experience managing networks and cybersecurity. Certificates in Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MSCA), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred. Requires strong working knowledge of major networking components, networking operating systems and basic computer hardware components. Must have good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. Needs to work well alone and in a team setting. Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software required. Experience with the following operating systems: Windows 2003/2008 Server, Exchange, Active Directory.
