Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this position, you will define, document, and enforce network security policies, monitor and analyze network traffic patterns and telemetry data to proactively detect unauthorized access and potential data exfiltration attempts. You will also be involved in the implementation of the disaster recovery plan and testing for business continuity as well as developing short-and long-term plans for security enhancements, including evaluation of new technologies and monitoring expenses related to security tools and hardware. In addition, you will configure and install various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VLAN segmentation, VPN, QoS.
Competencies and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess any combination of experience and/or education that would provide the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related study and four years of increasingly responsible experience in network security and systems administration, or a similar field.
