Network/Security Engineer

At least three years of experience configuring and managing enterprise networks and/or security infrastructure.

Experience with following desired:

• Solid understanding of Routing & Switching technologies OR security infrastructure
• Experience working with Firewalls. Palo Alto a plus
• MACD work including patching and configuration of switchports
• Maintain inventory of network and telecom devices
• Monitor network/telecom infrastructure and work with vendors on related issues
• Apply best practice and necessary upgrades
• Respond & investigate to security alerts and apply corrective action
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of system ownership

Optional - Pluses

• Any EDR, MDR, SIEM experience (Big plus)
• Experience working with load balancers.
• Experience with proxy servers.
• Understanding of Cisco Wireless infrastructure
• Telephony support (Big plus)
• Experience with Networking in Cloud such as Azure.
• Vulnerability management
• Experience with packet sniffing and analyzing
• CCNA or any security certification
