Job Purpose:
The Network Security Manager is fully accountable for assets and software related where planning, managing and implementing are key for success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Asset owner for network security infrastructure, responsible that KPI's and KRI's are met.
- Full control on obsolescence, patching and maintenance.
- Operational dashboard that allows to identify any potential issue based on indicators and capacity planning
- Network Security architecture that aligns with corporate strategy
- Deliver and create automation and standard operation procedures for BAU
- Highest level of escalation and direct contact with providers and vendors

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively utilizing work and project plans to meet deadlines.
- Broad knowledge in network security area - Firewalls, Network Access Control, IPS/IDS, CDN, WAF, VPN, CASB.
- Excellent communication, negotiations, presentation, creative thinking & problem-solving skills.
- Architecture capacity for design and implement network security project in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage and drive teamwork. Collaboration skills

Key Result Areas:
1. Security infrastructure implemented, monitored, updated, supported and based on standard operation procedures.
2. Infrastructure KPI's and KRI's according to contracts

Key Performance Indicators:
1. Deadlines are met in a timely and efficient fashion.
2. Good quality of program deliverables that do not exceed allocated budget & Security Audits

Bilingual English/Spanish
Preferably based in Dallas, TX
